Pastel green hair

I loove the pastel hair trend! ove recently dyed my hair in pastel peachy tones, but i had this green laying around so i felt like doing that in pastel too. This is how i look with pastel green hair. I used stargazer tropical green, and this is how it looks on unbleached, washed hair. Next time i might actually bleach it so it sticks a little longer, + i might mix it with conditioner to get the pastel look right away. This is my favorite everyday hairdo btw. very manga-ish. My hair is veeery thin so i use the "sock bun" technique to make it look right.

All these exciting things will happen

First of all, i have been accepted at Kolding Designskole!! this is the most awesome thing ever and i am thrilled way beyond imagination; it is more huge than graduating from gymnasium! This means that i am moving to kolding. I have found a great little single room apartment just across the street from the school and i will be moving officially on the 20th in this month.
But before that i am going to Rome. Tomorrow i will be on my way with my dad, stepmom, little sister and brother. i am planning to see all the essentials such as the vatican, pantheon and piazza navona, and practice a lot in painting with watercolors. I will also check out via del Governe Vecchio because ive heard that's where all the vintage stores are.
I am so excited by all these things that i can not focus on getting ready for any of them :D

Nail trend

I've been seeing a lot of gradient nail pics lately, both graduating from one nail to the other, but also as shown above. Of course I felt like trying it out for myself. It is really simple to do; you need 3-4 nailpolish shades, optional glitter for the tip, and a sponge. I used a regular kitchen sponge, but i think it would be prettier to use a foundation sponge. You put on the base colour and let it dry. Then you apply the next shade on the sponge and dap it onto your nail so that it creates a gradient. Repeat with as many shades as you like! -And remember to use a topcoat to make it last for more than a day x(

A very productive day

This monday, i started the day off by going to my first oral exam. Surprisingly, i got 12 (A). i went home and celebrated it by sewing myself a rockabilly summer top. Afterwards, my mom came home with a present; it was a book filled with layer cake recipes! I instantly made one. It is the first time i have baked a traditional layer cake from scratch. Productive day i must say.
